The details of the Free Date Change offer are as below
- Applicable on International and Domestic Direct Flights only.
- Booking Period: 08th January, 2022 to 31st January, 2022.
- Travel Period: till 31st March, 2022.
- To avail the Free Date Change offer, the change request must be made at least 48 hours prior to the flight departure time. Post that normal change fee will apply.
- Fare difference wherever applicable shall be paid by the customer.
- The offer is applicable on limited seats only and is available on first come, first-served basis only.
Free Date Change Offer Terms and Conditions:
- This offer is applicable on International and domestic direct flight bookings made during the Offer Period i.e. 08th January, 2022 to 31st January, 2022 for travel till 31st March, 2022.
- Offer is valid on bookings made via all channels including SpiceJet Website, Mobile App, Reservations, Airport Ticketing Counter, and Online Travel Agents etc.
- To avail the Free Date Change offer, the change request must be made at least 48 hours prior to the flight departure time. Standard charges will be applicable for bookings changed within 48 hours of the flight departure time.
- Fare difference will be applicable for flight changes and shall be payable by the customer. (A facilitation fee shall be applicable for flight change requested through Reservations or Airport Ticketing Counters).
- Waiver of change fee shall be offered one time only. In case the flight is changed by customer for the second time then applicable change fee as per standard terms shall be charged.
- The Free Date Change Offer is applicable only on bookings made during the offer period.
- This offer is not applicable on group bookings.
- The offer is applicable on limited seats only and is available on first come, first-served basis only.
- Flight schedule and timings are subject to regulatory approvals and changes.
