HOW TO BOOK SPICEMAX

SpiceMax can be added from the seat map page while booking your flight ticket through our website www.spicejet.com, mobile app, reservation centre, select travel agents and even at the airport.

To upgrade to SpiceMax for your existing booking, just fill in your details in the next section. Once your flight ticket is retrieved, you will be taken to the add-ons page, where you can upgrade to SpiceMax.

SpiceMax can be pre-booked up to one hour prior to departure on domestic flights and up to three hours prior to departure on international flights.

  1. Charges for SpiceMax seats are over and above the ticket price; charges vary depending on the length of the flight.
  2. SpiceMax passengers will be provided priority check-in at the dedicated SpiceMax counters, wherever available. In case of any difficulty in approaching the counters at the airport, you can contact the nearest SpiceJet staff for assistance.
  3. SpiceMax seats, once booked, cannot be cancelled.
  4. In case of cancellation of the flight booking by passenger, the fee charged for SpiceMax seat will be refunded.
  5. SpiceMax seats are limited in number, and on select aircraft only.
  6. Meal choice for SpiceMax passengers can be added while booking the seat, up to 6 hrs prior to departure. Beverage can be chosen on-board from the available options.
  7. Priority bag out is available on flights into India.
  8. Pillows and blankets are available for SpiceMax passengers on select international flights, while welcome drinks and refreshing towels are provided on all international flights.
  9. For all SpiceMax bookings done within 6 hours prior to departure, passenger can pick any one eatable and a beverage from the on-board available choices.
