Terms & Conditions

1. Min age to avail this service is 21 years and above
2. Minimum transaction amount should be Rs.900 and Maximum Transaction amount should not be more than Rs.40000
3. No-Cost EMI is applicable only for 3 months EMI period only.
4. 6/9/12 months EMI options available at 24% interest annually
5. Customer must have a valid PAN number, Aadhaar number/VID, and a valid UPI ID to avail the service.
6. Advance EMI amount is to be paid immediately via UPI app (GooglePay, PhonePe etc.) and for the remaining EMIs autopay will be setup while availing the service.
7. Monthly income (Salary or Business income) of applicant has to be minimum between Rs.10,000 - Rs.15,000 per month for greater chances of approval.
8. New to credit (negative CIBIL) & thin file customers can also apply
9. Experian score of 670 (CIBIL approx. 630) for higher approval rates
10. Credit approval/rejection is the sole discretion of axio and SpiceJet is not responsible for the same.
11. In case of Flight cancellation/Change, customer must cancel/modify the flight booking with SpiceJet. However, for refunds customer must contact axio.
