General Terms & Conditions:
- The offer is available only on booking flights on www.spicejet.com& mobile App.
- Customers booking their tickets from 1st November till 31st December for travel from 1st November till 31st December will be applicable to get the ola vouchers.
- Only 4 Ola vouchers will be sent per PNR.
- Travel agent & corporate log-in bookings shall not be applicable for the Ola offer.
- Customer will receive the Ola vouchers within 12 hours on the e-mail-id provided by the customer while making the booking.
- Spicejet will not be responsible for any dispute, service or fulfillment issue related to Ola Vouchers.
OLA Voucher Terms & Conditions:
- Customer can use only one voucher in a single transaction.
- 20% discount, up to Rs 60 will be applicable only on ride fare of airport rides/city rides (not applicable for Outstation and Rentals).
- Discount applicable only when customer books ride through Ola app and enters the code in the "Apply code" field before booking the ride.
- Code will be valid till one month from the date of booking of SpiceJet ticket.
- This offer is valid only on the first four eligible transaction per customer during the offer period.
- The Customer cannot club any other offers along with this and Offer cannot be transferred/ assigned to any other person or Customer.
- Products and services are subject to availability.
- The T&Cs of this Offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Bangalore only.
- The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein.
