Add-Ons Offer Terms and Conditions:

1. The Offer (the "Offer ") is valid only on SpiceMax, Preferred Seats, Meals, You 1st - Priority Check-in, Preferred Bag-out for bookings made online at www.spicejet.com (the "Website "), SpiceJet's Mobile App and SpiceJet's m-site by entering the applicable Promo Code.
2. Under this Offer, SpiceJet will provide instant discount only on the Add-on Product being bought. All other applicable charges/fees/taxes etc. are payable by the passenger.
3. 26% discount on Spice Add-ons booked via SpiceJet Website, Mobile App and m-site using promo code – ADDON26.
4. The Offer is valid for both one-way and round-trip bookings, for domestic travel.
5. The booking shall be done between 24th Jan., 2023 – 29th Jan., 2023 (the "Offer Period") (both dates inclusive).
6. This Offer, in no manner, can be clubbed with any other scheme/offer/discount/ promotion etc.
7. The company reserves the right to amend/cancel/withdraw the Offer at any time without any prior intimation.
8. In the event of any discrepancy arising out of any matter connected with this Offer, the company's decision in such regard shall be final and binding.

Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions:

Offer

1. A free domestic flight one-way voucher will be issued to the winner through a lucky draw. Lucky winner will get a free flight voucher worth INR 1000 (base fare voucher only).

Eligibility

1. The ‘Lucky Draw' offer is valid only for Indian citizen who are 18 years or above at time of booking the sale fare ticket and whose birthday or wedding anniversary is on 26th January.
2. Passengers who have booked their flight tickets under the sale fare during the Republic Day Sale offer will only be eligible to enter the lucky draw. Tickets booked under regular fares during this Republic Day Sale will not be eligible for this lucky draw.
3. Only the lead passenger (whose e-mail id was used for booking the sale fare ticket) will be eligible to enter the lucky draw.

How to Participate:

1. To participate, the passenger has to share the details of self (as per point b)) with SpiceJet before 10th Feb., 2023 2359 HRS. The winner has to share details on republicdaysale2023@spicejet.com through e-mail.
2. The passenger must send e-mail with below details
   1. PNR (PNR issued against the sale fare)
   2. Name of Passenger (Lead passenger name whose e-mail id was used for booking the sale fare ticket)
   3. Date of birth proof (Valid ID issued by Govt. of India)
   4. Marriage certificate (Valid ID issued by Govt. of India)

Lucky Draw Winner Announcement

1. The winner will be announced by 25th Feb., 2023. The winner will be informed through email, shared at the time of booking flight during the sale offer.

Redemption

1. The vouchers issued to the winner can be redeemed to book SpiceJet flight ticket only on SpiceJet's Website (www.spicejet.com).
2. The voucher will only be applicable on a minimum booking value of INR 6000.
3. The voucher amount will be adjusted against base fare only.
4. The voucher will be valid till 10th March, 2023 2359HRS for booking SpiceJet flight ticket. There is no restriction on the travel date, however this is subject to availability of inventory.
5. The tickets booked using this voucher should be in the name of winner and it is mandatory for the winner to travel on the ticket availed.
6. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotion/offer.
7. In case of cancellation of the booking made using this voucher, the voucher amount will be forfeited.
8. All bookings under the offer are subject to availability and are governed by the standard terms and conditions on spicejet.com, except provided herein.
9. This voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable/non-cashable and for one time use only. Any balance amount will be forfeited.
10. In case the customer cancels the original sale fare booking, the Free Voucher will be voided.
11. For multiple bookings made with the same e-mail address in contact details, only the first booking will be eligible for the Free Vouchers.
12. SpiceJet reserves the right to void/cancel the vouchers/bookings made using these vouchers in case any form of misuse is identified at any given point in time.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. SpiceJet reserves the right to modify, alter, amend and/or change any and/or all of the terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. SpiceJet also reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.
2. In the event of any misuse and/or abuse of the respective offer by the customer(s) or travel agent(s) (as applicable), SpiceJet reserves the right to deny the offer and/or cancel the relevant booking(s).
3. The maximum liability of SpiceJet in any event for any valid claim arising out of this offer is limited to the amount paid by the customer under and in respect of the said offer.
4. For any mobile wallet related claim, the customer is required to contact the concerned mobile wallet company. SpiceJet will not entertain any claims related thereto.
5. For any credit/debit card and net banking related claims, the customer should contact their respective banks. SpiceJet will not entertain any claims related thereto.
6. Any person availing the offer is deemed to have accepted all the applicable terms and conditions.
7. All other applicable terms, including the Terms of Carriage, as available at https://www.spicejet.com shall apply.
8. Any disputes arising out of respective Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated at New Delhi, India.
