SpiceJet has introduced the Meet & Assist Service (powered by Elite World Service) for its customers that will make their airport experience seamless, convenient and hassle-free.
This service will help a varied set of customers like first-time travelers, senior citizens, business travelers, travelers with infants/kids and convenience seekers.
Customers can book this service through the SpiceJet website by entering their booking details like PNR, E-mail ID and Name. They can choose from a wide variety of packages that are available on the booking portal. Some of the packages along with their inclusions are mentioned as under.
Basic Package (Departure)
- Dedicated representative will receive the passenger at the airport entry gate.
- Collect luggage (02 pcs) with trolley.
- Escort passenger to airline check-in counter and help in receiving boarding pass.
- Provide guidance with immigration process (international travel) & security check.
Premium Package (Departure)
- Dedicated representative will receive the passenger at the curbside/car drop-off zone.
- Assistance from curbside till the boarding gate.
- Collect luggage (02 pcs) with trolley and hand baggage.
- Assistance with airline check-in counter and help in receiving boarding pass.
- Provide guidance with immigration process (international travel) & security check.
- Assistance till boarding gate.
Basic Package (Arrival)
- Dedicated representative will receive the passenger at the arrival hall, baggage belt.
- Collect luggage (02 pcs) with trolley (Customer to clear Custom & Excise channel with the baggage trolley on his own).
- Escort passenger to the exit gate.
- Assistance till car parking or receiving party.
Premium Package (Arrival)
- Dedicated representative will receive the passenger at aerobridge/bus gate.
- Collect luggage (02 pcs) with trolley (Customer has to clear the Custom & Excise channel with the baggage trolley on his own).
- Guidance through immigration process.
- Assistance till car parking or receiving party.
