7. The bookings made under sale fare are refundable with applicable cancellation charges

1. Free flight voucher offer is applicable only on sale fare for bookings done during the sale period, i.e. 0001 hours on 14th Aug, 2023 to 2359 hours on 20th August, 2023
2. The customer will get a free flight voucher worth the base fare up to ₹2000/- per booking
3. The customer will receive the free flight voucher (one voucher per booking) within 7 days after the end of the sale. In case the free flight voucher is not received by the passenger within the mentioned time, the passenger must reach out to SpiceJet within the next 48 hours by writing an e-mail to independencedaysale@spicejet.com
4. The free flight voucher will be issued to the lead passenger (whose e-mail id was used for booking the sale fare ticket)
5. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash and neither can it be clubbed with any other offer(s)
6. The voucher shall be applicable for single usage and any balance amount will be forfeited in case of partial usage
7. The voucher can only be redeemed for flight bookings made on www.spicejet.com
8. The voucher can only be redeemed by the passenger in whose name it was issued
9. The voucher will be valid till 2359 hours on 15th October, 2023  for booking SpiceJet flight tickets. There is no restriction on the travel date, however this is subject to availability of inventory
10. Only one voucher (of such type) can be used to make a booking
11. The voucher will be applicable on a minimum spend of ₹8500/-
12. In case of cancellation of the booking made using this voucher, the voucher amount will be forfeited
13. In case the customer cancels the original sale fare booking, the free flight Voucher will become void
14. The voucher will be applicable on both domestic and international flight ticket bookings
15. All bookings under the offer are subject to availability and are governed by the standard terms and conditions on spicejet.com, except provided herein
16. SpiceJet reserves the right to cancel the free flight voucher issued to the customer in case any misuse is identified

2. This offer is valid for both one-way and round-trip bookings, for domestic and international travel
3. This offer can be availed between 0001 hours on 14th August, 2023 and 2359 hours on 20th August, 2023. This offer is also applicable for booking where travel is pending and can be availed on the Manage Booking section on the website
4. This offer, in no manner, can be clubbed with any other scheme/offer/discount/promotion etc.
5. The company reserves the right to amend/cancel/withdraw the offer at any time without any prior intimation
6. In the event of any discrepancy arising out of any matter connected with this offer, the company's decision in such regard shall be final and binding

3. The maximum liability of SpiceJet in any event, for any valid claim arising out of this offer, is limited to the amount paid by the customer under and in respect of the said offer
4. For any mobile wallet related claim, the customer is required to contact the concerned mobile wallet company. SpiceJet will not entertain any claims related thereto
5. For any credit/debit card and net banking related claims, the customer should contact their respective banks. SpiceJet will not entertain any claims related thereto
6. Any person availing the offer is deemed to have accepted all the applicable terms and conditions
7. All other applicable terms, including the Terms of Carriage, as available at https://www.spicejet.com shall apply
8. Any disputes arising out of respective offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated at New Delhi, India
