SpiceJet to connect Delhi with Sikkim with a daily non-stop flight
To enhance frequency between Delhi and Leh
  • Delhi-Pakyong (Gangtok) is a UDAN route
  • To launch Delhi-Pakyong-Delhi flights from 23rd January, 2021

GURUGRAM, January 15, 2021: Pioneering regional connectivity in India, SpiceJet, the country’s favourite airline and the largest regional player today announced the launch of a daily non-stop flight connecting Delhi with Pakyong (Gangtok), Sikkim effective 23rd January, 2021. SpiceJet was awarded Pakyong under UDAN II.

Pakyong airport is the only operational civil airport handling commercial flight operations in the State and SpiceJet will be the first and only airline to offer daily direct air connectivity between Delhi and the North-Eastern State of Sikkim. The airline will deploy a Bombardier Q400 aircraft on the Delhi-Pakyong-Delhi route. 

In addition, SpiceJet will add a second frequency on Delhi-Leh-Delhi sector starting 27th January, 2021.

The airline has announced an introductory promotional fare starting at INR 4310 /- on Delhi-Pakyong and Pakyong-Delhi route

With the launch of the new flight services, passengers from Pakyong and Leh can now conveniently travel to a host of other cities both on SpiceJet’s domestic as well as international network via multiple onward connections from Delhi.

Bookings are now open on www.spicejet.com, SpiceJet’s mobile app and through online travel portals and travel agents.
