COVID-19 RT-PCR Test is optional at the hands of the end customer/passenger. This Service is being facilitated by SpiceJet in partnership with VFS Global. SpiceJet and VFS Global expressly disclaims any liability and/or responsibility for the content, the accuracy of the information or the result on of the COVID-19 RT-PCR Test carried out by independent third-party service provider which is not owned by or related to VFS Global availed through VFS Global website. VFS Global does not assume any responsibility or liability and you agree that you will have no claim against VFS Global in respect of these services and service provider. VFS Global’s role is limited to assisting customers with appointment booking for the test. Execution of the testing service and test result declaration is sole responsibility of the service provider. Payment is collected and received directly by the service provider For any queries, complaints or concerns about the COVID-19 RT-PCR Testing process, Test results and the other related services, the passengers are required to get in touch with the concerned laboratories/hospital rendering the services directly. Claims of any nature whatsoever, in this regard, will not be entertained by SpiceJet. As such, the passenger(s) is/are encouraged to exercise their sole discretion while opting for this service. The customer hereby accepts and confirms that they, prior to availing the above mentioned service, have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by, without limitation or qualifications, all of the terms and conditions associated with the service.
