You will be redirected to a co-branded website managed by Visa2Fly to complete your application. Visa2Fly's representatives will contact you, if necessary, within 24 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) to guide you through the process.

5. Payment: Visa Services payments are collected directly by Visa2Fly. SpiceJet Limited ("SpiceJet") is not involved in this process.

   Payments made for Visa Services are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided in case of visa delays or rejections. SpiceJet is not responsible for such matters or disputes.

   Visa Services rates are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Modifications and Refunds: All payments made to Visa2Fly for Visa services are non-refundable. For all queries or issues,

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties: The information published on the website regarding Visa Services may be incomplete or include inaccuracies or typographical errors. SpiceJet does not represent or warrant that Visa Services will be uninterrupted or that there will be no failures, errors, omissions or loss of transmitted information. SpiceJet hereby disclaims all warranties, conditions and liability about Visa Services or its availability or suitability of Visa Services for any particular purpose. Visa Services are provided by Visa2Fly and are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

   In no event shall SpiceJet be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of Visa Services or the inability to use Visa Services, or availability of Visa Services, or otherwise arising out of the use of Visa Services, whether based on negligence, contract or strict liability or otherwise.

   SpiceJet is not liable for the loss or damage of any documents, including passports, at any point.

8. Personal Profile and Registration: Your personal profile provided will be stored by Visa2Fly. SpiceJet assumes no liability or responsibility towards the same.

9. Taxes, surcharges, and fees: All known taxes, surcharges and fees will be collected by Visa2Fly. In case of any additional taxes, surcharges and fees, the same needs to be paid to Visa2Fly directly. Information on these charges may/may not be available at the time of the Visa Services application process.

10. Modification of Terms: SpiceJet reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice or liability. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Availing of Visa Services following any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

11. Dispute Resolution: Disputes, if any, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. SpiceJet reserves the right to modify, alter, amend and/ or change any and/ or all of the terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. SpiceJet also reserves the right to withdraw and/ or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.
2. In the event of any misuse and/ or abuse of the respective offer by the customer(s) or travel agent(s) (as applicable), SpiceJet reserves the right to deny the offer and/ or cancel the relevant booking(s).
3. The maximum liability of SpiceJet in any event for any valid claim arising out of this offer is limited to the amount paid by the customer under and in respect of the said offer.
4. For any mobile wallet related claims, the customer is required to contact the concerned mobile wallet company. SpiceJet will not entertain any claims related thereto.
5. For any credit/ debit card and net banking related claims, the customer should contact their respective banks. SpiceJet will not entertain any claims related thereto.
6. Any person availing the offer is deemed to have accepted all the applicable terms and conditions.
