System Upgradation

You’re Being Upgraded!

From 2300hrs IST on 27 November 2018 to 0930hrs IST on 28 November 2018.

At SpiceJet, we constantly try to improve ourselves and the experience to fly SpiceJet! Therefore, to further enhance our customer experience, we are upgrading our systems starting 2300hrs IST on 27 November 2018 to 0930hrs IST on 28 November 2018. During this scheduled upgrade, it will not be possible to make any fresh bookings or modify existing bookings across channel like Website, Mobile App, Travel Partners and Airports or through Call Center.

However, flyers need not worry as we have gone the extra mile to ensure that check-in systems and regular flight operations function normally at all airports. But, passengers travelling during the downtime will face issues in digital transactions like web check-in and ticket modifications, etc. during the downtime. All passengers scheduled to travel during the upgrade period are, thus, requested to make any required changes to their bookings including cancellations, selection of meals and seats, web check-in and print their boarding pass before the down-time commences.

Also, as part of the upgrade, the following services will be unavailable during the upgrade period. We request all our customers to manage your bookings or changes therein accordingly for a hassle-free experience:

  • View/Modify Booking
  • GST Invoice
  • SpiceClub
  • Travel Agent Login
  • Group Booking
  • SME Traveller
  • Web/ Kiosk/ Mobile check-in
  • Self-Baggage Drop
