Flight Fare Terms and Conditions:

  1. The offer will be available from 03rd March, 2024 (0001HRS) to 30th April, 2024 (2359HRS).

  3. The offer is available only on domestic, direct one-way flights.

  4. The offer will be applicable on ‘Saver’ fare only. The sale offer will not be applicable on special fares.

  5. The offer will not be applicable on group bookings.

  6. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.

  7. Blackout dates are applicable.

  8. Flight schedules and timings are subject to regulatory approvals and changes.

  9. The booking shall be done between the "Offer Period" (both dates inclusive).

  10. The sale offer will be available across Spicejet Direct network - website, m-site & mobile app.

  11. The company reserves the right to amend/cancel/withdraw the offer at any time without any prior intimation.

Add-Ons offer Terms and Conditions:

  1. For bookings made on website (www.spicejet.com): Flat 25% discount on SpiceMax, Preferred Seats, Meals and You1st on first-come, first-served basis till the inventory lasts.

  2. For bookings made on SpiceJet’s mobile app and m-site: Flat 30% discount on SpiceMax, Preferred Seats, Meals and You1st on first-come, first-served basis till the inventory lasts.

  3. Under this offer, SpiceJet will provide instant discount only on the applicable Add-on Product being bought. All other applicable charges/fees/taxes etc. are payable by the passenger.

  4. The offer is available only on domestic, direct one-way flights.

  7. This offer, in no manner, can be clubbed with any other scheme/offer/discount/ promotion etc.

  9. In the event of any discrepancy arising out of any matter connected with this offer, the company's decision in such regard shall be final and binding.

General Terms and Conditions:

  1. SpiceJet reserves the right to modify, alter, amend and/or change any and/or all of the terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. SpiceJet also reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.

  2. In the event of any misuse and/or abuse of the respective offer by the customer(s) or travel agent(s) (as applicable), SpiceJet reserves the right to deny the offer and/or cancel the relevant booking(s).

  3. The maximum liability of SpiceJet in any event for any valid claim arising out of this offer is limited to the amount paid by the customer under and in respect of the said offer.

  4. For any mobile wallet related claim, the customer is required to contact the concerned mobile wallet company. SpiceJet will not entertain any claims related thereto.

  5. For any credit/debit card and net banking related claims, the customer should contact their respective banks. SpiceJet will not entertain any claims related thereto.

  6. Any person availing the offer is deemed to have accepted all the applicable terms and conditions.

  7. All other applicable terms, including the Terms of Carriage, as available at https://www.spicejet.com shall apply.

  8. Any disputes arising out of respective offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated at New Delhi, India.
