with Lounge Service, a Spice Add-on. Our lounge is a place for you to unwind and
enjoy the comfort of SpiceJet's hospitality. Lounge Service coupons can be collected
at SpiceJet check-in counters.
The price for the domestic lounge service will be starting from Rs. 750 per passenger per sector
and for the international lounge service, the price will be Rs. 1400 per passenger
per sector.
The price for the domestic lounge services for Kochi Lounge services will be INR 1050 Domestic and INR 1750 for International.

- Drinks (restricted to 2 in case of alcoholic drinks for international departures excluding Ahmedabad)
- Availability of Wi-Fi connection as per the Lounge Operator policy

- Hot shower facility (applicable for international departures only)
- Selection of local/international newspapers & magazines
- Mobile/laptop battery recharging facility
- Flight Information
- Maximum usage of the lounge is 2 hours
Booking and Redemption Process
- SpiceJet passengers can select the Lounge Access option after completing the booking through ‘Manage my bookings’ section at www.spicejet.com, Lounge Access option can be opted for up to 2 hours prior to departure in case of domestic flights and 3 hours prior to departure in case of international flights
- The price for the domestic lounge service will be starting from Rs. 750 per passenger per sector
and for the international lounge service, the price will be Rs. 1400 per passenger
per sector
- On completion, you'll receive the flight booking e-ticket with a separate Lounge
SSR (Special Service Request) added to it
- You can collect your lounge voucher from SpiceJet check-in counters
- For those who opt for web check-in, passengers have to show the e-ticket and collect
the lounge voucher from SpiceJet check-in counters
- Once you have the lounge voucher, you can proceed to the lounge and hand over the
same at the SpiceJet Lounge to avail the services offered there

Terms & Conditions
- SpiceJet passengers can select the Lounge Access option after completing the booking through 'Manage my bookings' section at www.spicejet.com
- The facility to purchase access to airport lounge is available for domestic and
international travel, at select airports in India only.
- Purchase of one (01) number of access to the airport lounge shall entitle the passenger
to access only one (01) airport lounge at the pre-selected city.
- Once purchased, access to airport lounge, is non-refundable in isolation.
- Passengers (including web check-in passengers) having bought access to airport lounge
shall mandatorily collect their duly stamped and authorised access pass from the
airline’s check-in counter, before proceeding for security check.
- SpiceJet shall in no manner whatsoever be responsible for any claims/ losses/ disputes
in connection with the services provided by the lounge operator.
- Any redressal of issues in relation to the services hereunder shall be addressed
directly by the respective airport lounge operator
